How to request an appointment

REQUIREMENT: 

1. For a medical abortion: To confirm your appointment request, you will need to pay a $60 non-refundable booking fee unless you notify the office to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled service

2. For a surgical abortion: To confirm your appointment, you need to pay a $150 non-refundable booking fee unless you notify us to cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled service

The booking fees apply towards your scheduled procedure.

After you request an appointment online, we will contact you as soon as possible to schedule, usually by the next morning. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours, please call our office.
